Delivery

Our goal is to make your delivery experience as smooth and simple as possible. Below, you’ll find all the essential shipping details for both our UK and international customers.

All our jewellery is made to order in our studio. Most orders take 1-4 weeks to manufacture and ship, with the lead times for all products noted on the specific product page. Bespoke orders may take up to 8 weeks to manufacture and ship. Once the order has shipped you will receive a despatch notification & tracking details. UK parcels take approximately 2-5 working days to be delivered and will require a signature on receipt.


UK DELIVERY

FREE delivery for orders over £100. (1-2 working days).
£5.95 delivery for orders under £100, (2-5 working days).
Tracking details will be supplied & your parcel will require a signature. Sent via Royal Mail.
UK delivery includes the UK mainland, Channel Islands & Isle of Man.


EUROPE DELIVERY

FREE delivery for orders over £150 (3-5 working days).
£20 delivery for orders under £150 (3-5 working days).
Tracking details will be supplied. Sent via Royal Mail.
Duties and taxes may be payable on delivery depending on the destination country.

US & CANADA DELIVERY

FREE delivery for orders over £150 (5-7 working days).
£25 delivery for orders under £150 (5-7 working days).
Tracking details will be supplied. Sent via Royal Mail.
Duties and taxes may be payable on delivery.

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY

FREE delivery for orders over £150 (5-7 working days).
£25 delivery for orders under £150 (5-7 working days).

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All parcels will be sent via Royal Mail.

Delivery times do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please select a delivery address where you will be present at the time of delivery. In the event that no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left, enabling you to choose your preferred delivery date or arrange to collect your parcel from your local collection depot.

It is not possible to make changes, amendments or to cancel your order once placed. Should you wish to return the order, details of our returns procedure can be found here.

Please note, we cannot be held responsible for delays to delivery by third parties.

On occasion tracking details may show an order to have been delivered but not received by the addressee. We find this can occur when the parcel has been delivered to a work address where the parcel has been delivered to the post room or a colleague. The tracking details should show proof of delivery and a signature. Please note we do not refund or replace items where tracking details show the parcel has been delivered. For this reason we always recommend parcels are delivered to an address where you will be present to sign for the item in person.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

The recipient may have to pay import duty or customs fee prior to/upon delivery. Additional local taxes or fees may apply, customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.   

International items are handled by more than one postal service. Delivery of the parcel will be the responsibility of the postal service local to the destination country. Delivery delays can occasionally be caused by customs processing or weather conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing any information required by customs to clear the goods promptly. We advise contacting ourselves or your local customs office before placing your order if you have any concerns.

 

 

Our boxes are hand made in the UK from recycled board and are fully recyclable. We take great care to package our items securely, safely and beautifully.
